The true Essence of Christmas...

Christmas is near and i'm getting exited of the gifts and aginaldo!!! But lets not forget the true maeaning why we celebrate christmas day...
Christmas started 2000 years ago...when Mary and Joseph where traveling to Bethlehem mary was pregnant then, they where looking for a place to sty but they failed, they found a Manger, a small hut..then jesus was born...Then that, Christmas started.
The true essence of Christmas is the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ, its not all about gifts and money! it's the birth of our lord...

FILIPINO-VALUES MONTH CELEBRATION"

In the month of November, we are celebrating the filipino-values month . There are many things to be attended by the students.
"PAGPAPATIBAY NG PAGKATAONG PILIPINO TUNGO SA HAMON NG PANAHON".The theme is all about strengthening Filipinos in facing the truobles that GOD gives us. My classmates participated in the poster making contest. I dont know if they won but at least the 4-Jacinto students participated in the FILIPINO-VALUES MONTH...

My Teacher, My hero...

We say that our teachers are our 2nd parents..but not just that, they can also be our friends, our mentors, And also our secret keepers... We can ENTRUST them w/ our secrets..
I like my teachers especially when they are not so strict and when their understanding to us..i just hope that all of them are like that...but i also understand why sometimes they schuled us..Its because we need to learn..as they say "if you can learn from me even though just a little bit...I AM HAPPY...We love you teachers of ISNHS thank you.....

ADAPTING TO DIVERSE CULTURE FOR DEVELOPMENT

We all know that technology is advacing...We can see that in cars, in phones and in all the things that we use in our daily lives..
This things can help us but at the same time it can Destroy us too..But furtunately there are more things to thank than to worry about..Coz' they make things not just for us but for theirselves to..

"Importance of learning and Speaking English"

Learning english is easy. We Filipinos are known as experts in English. Well not all of us are fluent in speaking english. english is the "universal language" we use English to communicate with other people from other countries.
When you speak English you are expanding your vocabulary so its important to speak English. get a dictionary and learn to speak English. A word to know a day.. and when the time comes you will speak English properly and fluently.

This July our school is celebrating the nutrition month...In here (ISNHS) we celebrate it by our own ways. Such as our "food fest" featuring healthy foods sold inside the school.This is to encourage our fellow students to eat healthy food...
Eating nutritious foods helps our body to cope with our enthusiastic energy. My own secret is eating healthy foods to be able to think better ad cope w/ my classmates in our class. Another thing is, when you eat healthy foods you are more energetic and you can participate in many activities in school, or even in your own town.
Having a clean environment is another way to start a healthy life. Always clean your houses, rooms and other places you usually stay. Always wash your hands before and after you eat.
nutrition- is not just about your health, it is also about how you handle and care for your health..healthy living is is the best way to live life...
because you can enjoy every minute of it...because you have PROPER NUTRITION...
