Wastong Nutrisyon kailangan Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan.

This July our school is celebrating the nutrition month...In here (ISNHS) we celebrate it by our own ways. Such as our "food fest" featuring healthy foods sold inside the school.This is to encourage our fellow students to eat healthy food...
Eating nutritious foods helps our body to cope with our enthusiastic energy. My own secret is eating healthy foods to be able to think better ad cope w/ my classmates in our class. Another thing is, when you eat healthy foods you are more energetic and you can participate in many activities in school, or even in your own town.

Having a clean environment is another way to start a healthy life. Always clean your houses, rooms and other places you usually stay. Always wash your hands before and after you eat.
nutrition- is not just about your health, it is also about how you handle and care for your health..
healthy living is is the best way to live life...
because you can enjoy every minute of it
...because you have PROPER NUTRITION...
